Hello. We are EY Intuitive: a user-centered, digital design and development group based in Philadelphia and part of Ernst & Young LLP. We create useful, usable, elegant, and engaging experiences for mobile apps, responsive websites and just about anything that involves a “click” or a “tap.”

Senior Designers

We’re looking for Designers who:

  • Have deep experience in creating visually pleasing and engaging user experiences
  • Will act as the design discipline leader on multidisciplinary teams of researchers, technologists, and engagement team members
  • Are passionate, results-oriented, and strong conceptual thinkers
  • Can translate schematic wireframes to high fidelity mockups and work with developers and animators to create stunning prototypes
  • Are skilled at communicating tactical and strategic design choices and recommendations to clients and internal teams
  • Obsess over the little things—every icon, every button, and every checkbox—and can spot a misalignment from across the room

QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, Industrial or Product Design
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field
  • Experience communicating and interacting with clients
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Creative Cloud apps, Sketch, Keynote, InVision, and other prototyping software
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Front End Developer

As a Front End Developer at EY Intuitive:

  • Create experiences that come to life on digital devices such as laptops, tablets and phones.
  • Leverage your technology expertise to bring yours and others’ ideas to life and for others to react to
  • Utilize user-centered design methodologies and artifacts
  • Implement designs with other technologists and technology organizations
  • Build and testing user interfaces to our or client specifications

QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other related field
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in technology or a similar role.
  • Experience communicating and interacting with clients.
  • Strong knowledge of Angular.
  • Native Mobile Development Android and iOS a plus
  • Working knowledge of React is preferred
  • Experience with server side technologies such as Java, .Net, and Node

Architect

As an Architect at EY Intuitive, you’ll be expected to:

  • Provide strategic development direction and execution across multiple projects
  • Work in multidisciplinary teams to define business strategies, user needs, and optimal technology solutions for our clients
  • Lead the technology team through sharing experiences and best practices and providing constructive critiques.
  • Inform and influence the company’s overall service offering, project methodologies, and deliverables.
  • Identify and foster business development opportunities.
  • Work with engagement team members to manage client and project expectations and schedules; serve as the day-to-day client contact for technology, and be a leader for internal teams.
  • Leverage your technology expertise to bring yours and others’ ideas to life and for others to react to

QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other related field
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience of progressive responsibility leading teams
  • Experience communicating and interacting with clients.
  • Strong knowledge of Angular.
  • Native Mobile Development Android and iOS a plus
  • Working knowledge of React is preferred
  • Experience with server side technologies such as Java, .Net, and Node
  • Back-end (database / server-side scripting language)
  • Experience with Photoshop or Sketch a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Occasional local or national travel may be required
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; writing, publishing, and conference-level presentation skills a plus.

Engagement Coordinator

As an Engagement Coordinator, you’ll be expected to:

  • Support and/or assist engagement team members in the management of client projects by scheduling and coordinating client meetings, prioritizing project tasks for team members, and assisting in the management of project work streams and deliverables.
  • Support Principals, Managing Directors, and engagement team members in various business development, engagement, and operational activities and deliverables, including the creation and maintenance of Statements of Work, Work Change Orders, RFP and Pipeline documentation, as well as the scheduling/coordination of key meetings and operational activities.
  • Assist in the scheduling/coordination of key meetings, including internal meetings for operational and delivery team meetings and external meetings and working sessions with clients.
  • Become proficient in all facets of engagement team responsibilities, including selling the company services and capabilities, strategic planning, managing client relationships across multidisciplinary project teams, revenue generation within existing client relationships, and project execution.
  • Share knowledge, experience, and best practices with the rest of the staff via company outlets such as We See, brown bags, and events.
  • Travel for client work when necessary.
  • Be prepared to perform other duties, assist with other projects, and revise project processes or deliverables if necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, business, or other related field.
  • Experience in project management, business analysis, user research, design, or development is preferred.
  • Exposure to user-centered design processes and/or software development lifecycles.
  • Positive energy and get-it-done attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work on parallel projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in the English language, including the ability to listen, understand, read and communicate effectively both in writing and verbally in a professional environment
