Emily earned a BA from Franklin & Marshall College and an MA from Brown University. She spent the first part of her career as a strategy consultant and is a master of the art of “common-sense consulting”—helping companies as they seek to advance their missions, achieve business and revenue goals, and improve products, communications and systems. How? By identifying, simplifying, prioritizing, delivering and refining potential strategies. Emily has leveraged her strategic, creative and leadership skills across the financial services, automotive, education, insurance, healthcare, pharmaceutical, entertainment and travel industries. With more than a decade of experience, she has led a sizable portfolio of companies through research and design strategy, detailed design and development, content strategy, strategic planning and resource development projects. In other words, she understands what makes organizations tick, how to manage teams, and how to help teams achieve their goals. Her vivacious young daughter keeps her on her toes outside of work and whenever she gets a chance, Emily loves to travel (not only has she has trekked the Himalayas, but she’s also witnessed the Great Migration in the Serengeti).
