With two decades of leadership in the user-experience design industry, Tim heads Engagement Strategy for the EY Intuitive practice of FSO Advisory at Ernst & Young LLP. He focuses on working with clients to define and deliver sound user-experience strategies that meet their goals and objectives, while leveraging the appropriate user-centered services and capabilities EY has to offer. Tim has worked extensively with various engagement models and project delivery methodologies throughout each step of the user-centered design process. His dedication to the user-experience field has resulted in the establishment and growth of successful client relationships that span years and traverse multiple areas of our clients’ businesses.
Prior to joining EY, Tim started Intuitive Company with Greg Picarelli in 2007. Along with Sandy Greene, Tim and Greg grew Intuitive Company into a full-service user-experience design, research and development firm with over 50 employees, two offices in Philadelphia, and both national and international clients.
Intuitive Company joined EY and became a part of Ernst & Young LLP in December 2015.
