Victor earned his PhD in Psychology and Communication, and his M.Ed and BS in Education from The Ohio State University. He has nearly 15 years of experience in research and strategy work with clients across the financial services, healthcare, nonprofit and art industries. On the EY Intuitive team, Victor works with clients to design and carry out studies to help answer their most pressing questions. He’s written research and user-experience articles for A List Apart, vox.com, Model View Culture, Smashing Magazine, Success.com and more, and his book—Design for the Mind: Seven Psychological Principles of Persuasive Design—was published by Manning Publications in June 2016. He is proud to be a part of the team that won two Platinum Hermes Awards for mobile game design. Outside of work, he enjoys writing, traveling and spending time with family.
